MsS 3030 is the latest magnetostrictive guided wave system developed in the Texas labs of South West Research Institute.
Specifications:
- Can be used for the inspection (screening) of pipes, heat-exchanger tubes, rods, plates, wire ropes and other structures that can act as a wave-guide;
- Can be applied on pipe diameters ranging from 3/4" to 60"
- Probes can be installed permanently for long-term monitoring;
- No need to acquire separate collars for different diameters; collars can be easily build on site;
- Frequency range: 4kHz - 250kHz
- Light weight (4.5kg) and battery powered
